Perez Plaza Art and Design Art Walk
Presented by Anne Bedrick Fine Art, the monthly Perez Plaza Art and Design Art Walk showcases works on display at nine contemporary galleries in Cathedral City. The monthly event takes place from 5 to 8 p.m. on the first Friday of each month through July.
Stroll Sunnylands
Stroll the gardens of Sunnylands, relax on benches, or take a self-guided audio tour. Admission to the gardens is free from 8:30 a.m to 4 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday. As of press time, there was limited access to the Center, including the gift shop located in the theater and the restrooms located near the north entrance. Vintage Palm Springs
The Palm Springs Vintage Market returns 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sundays, April 4 and April 11, in the Palm Springs Cultural Center parking lot. Vintage clothing, furniture, decor and other collectibles will be available. Compulsory masks, social distancing and a limited capacity will be in effect. Living Desert Zoo and Gardens
The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens is open to visitors daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with last admission at 4 p.m. To avoid crowding, timed tickets are required and can be purchased at Livingdesert.com.
Art Auction '21
The Palm Springs Art Museum will hold a virtual fundraiser April 9 through April 16. Partnering with Sotheby’s, the museum will be auctioning an array of artwork by today’s most notable artists. Love at the Drive-In
The Palm Springs Animal Shelter, in partnership with the Bow Wow Film Festival, will hold Love at the Drive-In, a festival of short pet-themed films that can be viewed from the comfort of your own vehicle on April 24. Local favorites The Gand Band will kick off the event with live entertainment at the Palm Springs Air Museum. Keys Ranch Tours
Explore the colorful story and numerous artifacts of Joshua Tree's Keys Ranch during this guided tour held at 9:30 a.m. every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday through May 31. Cost is $10 for adults; $5 for Senior/Access Pass holders and for children ages 6-11. Free for children under 6. Reservations are required.
